How to Use & Maintain Your Fusion5 Power Razor

How do you clean the Fusion5 Power Razor?

To clean your razor, simply rinse it in water, gently moving from the back to the front of the cartridge. Do not tap the razor against the sink, as this can harm the high-precision cartridge and never wipe your blades to remove debris, as this could quickly dull the edges. Instead, to remove coarser hairs, just rinse for longer and shake the razor if necessary, then leave your razor to air dry. For vertical storage, which is preferred, use Gillette’s universal mini hanger which is specifically designed to store your razor in an upright position.

How do you switch the Fusion5 Power Razor’s blade heads?

When you notice your Lubrastrip has faded to white or that shaving is duller than usual, it’s time to switch your razor cartridge. To do this, simply press the black and orange easy-release button at the back of the cartridge. Your new cartridge can then be easily clicked into place.
