Documents you must send
- ID front
- ID back
- Proof of address (utility bill – Aquagib/Gibtelecom – or bank statement, less than 3 months old)
- Proof of income (recent payslip)
- Work contract
Note: The first payment is due when you collect your device.

Eligibility checklist
- 18+ and resident in Gibraltar
- Valid Gibraltar-issued photo ID
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement ≤ 3 months)
If the bills are not in your name, include a signed letter from the bill payer confirming you live with them, your relationship, and a copy of their utility bill. Attach both in your email. - Proof of income (payslips or self-employed tax return)
- Minimum purchase amount: £500
