Muscle building with EMS technology
The electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) of the Beurer belt with carbon electrodes provides intensive muscle training and can also be used for muscle regeneration. With this method, electrodes transmit electrical impulses to the individual muscle areas. The electrical impulses cause the muscles to contract and imitate the activity of the muscles under exertion. The muscles react to this stimulus with growth.
5 training programs
The five pre-set programmesallow you to set the intensity to suit your training. Each programmelasts between 22 and 33 minutes for a thorough workout.
Adjustable intensity
You can set the intensity of the application between levels 0 to 40. Depending on your needs and preferences, you can set the intensity lower or higher and combine it with the countdown timer. This flexibility makes the belt suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes.
4 water-contact electrodes
The belt EM39 works with water-contact electrodes, which do not require contact gel and do not need to be replaced. Moisten the electrodes and your stomach with water and you’re ready to go. Two additional adhesive electrodes can be connected for individual muscle stimulation.
