The high variability of settings further expands the appliance's capabilities. For example, you can ferment yoghurt for 80 hours at 40ºC and dry fruit for 5 hours at 60ºC.

But if you prefer to set your own temperature and time, use the integrated dial on the OLED display, or ask the smart assistant to turn it on or off for you. The fryer has full support for Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa voice assistants
